Why Outdoors With Cath?

I started Outdoors With Cath because I know how easy it is to think that the outdoors belongs to fitter, braver or better-equipped people. It doesn’t.

I’ve discovered that a short walk, a little fresh air or simply taking time to notice what’s around me can completely change how a day feels. I’d like to help more women discover that too—without pressure, competition or feeling they have anything to prove.

Most of the time, I’m accompanied by Henry, my fox-red Labrador, who takes his role in all of this extremely seriously.
